Its loose covers come off and wash, so it's as practical as it is pretty. A custom, made-to-order three-seater by designer Dan Ihreborn, built in your fabric. Comfortable, characterful, and easy to live with.

What makes the SITS Sara different?

Its softness and its detailing. The Sara has a genuinely feather-filled Lux comfort for a soft, settle-in sit, a gentle, romantic shape, and small wooden buttons on the back — a finishing touch most sofas don't have. If you want a sofa with a bit of character as well as comfort, that's the Sara.

What are the wooden buttons?

They're a decorative detail on the back of the sofa — small wooden buttons that give the Sara its characterful, slightly romantic look. It's the kind of finishing touch you notice up close, and part of what sets the Sara apart.

What comfort does it come in?

The Sara comes in Lux comfort only — a soft, feather-filled build. The back cushions contain a mix of feather and silicone balls; the seat cushions have a polyurethane foam base padded with the same feather-and-silicone-ball mix. It's a soft, plump sit that benefits from regular plumping to keep its shape.

Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes — the Sara comes with loose covers, and both the sofa and cushion covers are removable and washable. Follow the care label for your fabric. It's one of the Sara's practical advantages.

What legs does it come with?

Wood legs (no.58A). The Footstool with box comes in plastic legs (37C).

Is the Sara available in other sizes?

Yes. This is the three-seater (218cm). The Sara is fully customisable — it comes from a two-seater up to L-shaped configurations — contact us for a different build.

What fabric options are available?

Grade 1 contains the highest proportion of synthetic fibres; Grade 5 the least, with the most natural fibres including linen. Confirm your chosen fabric name with us at purchase. Samples are available in our Cork showroom. 

How long does the Sara take to arrive?

The Sara is made to order — so it can take approximately 12 weeks from production to delivery.

How does payment work?

Two ways: pay in full at checkout, or start with a 50% deposit. With the deposit, half is taken today and the balance is invoiced only once your Sara is ready to deliver — nothing more comes off in between.

Can I see the fabrics before I order?

Yes. Fabric samples are available. Visit us in Douglas, Cork, or book a video consultation.
