We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be an occasion where you feel its necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
The Following Policies Will Apply:
We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 7 days of purchase date provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.
Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 7 days.
For furniture items in store that you wish to return within 7 days of receiving the item, in all cases the cost of returning the item will lay with you the customer.
Should we accept your returned item that was bought in store, we will issue you with a Credit Note only. For items bought online or over the phone we can issue a full refund.
Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.
If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please be aware that all item(s) being returned must be in perfect condition and a restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee is calculated at 20% of the value of the item. An uplift or collection charge will also apply. We are unable to refund or exchange faulty or imperfect goods where the imperfection was identified to you prior to purchase (for example, where you have knowingly purchased an imperfect display model). Returns are not permitted on custom orders where an item has been ordered to your exact specifications or on any non standard combination order.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Mattress & Giftcards Custom Orders Policy:
We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following items: gift cards, mattresses, pillows, custom made products.
*NOTE: Unfortunately for hygiene reasons mattresses, pillows cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns.
*Bespoke Furniture (Made to Order) will not be refunded as this is a one off product made to your specifications.
All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note: If you are returning items that are registered you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number.
