We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Should you return your purchase (non furniture) within 7 days of the date it was received, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that item (you will only need to pay for the postage). Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 14 days.
For furniture items that you wish to return within 14 days of receiving the item, the cost of returning the item will lay with you the customer. If the items have been opened/assembled and you wish to return them, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. If they are in any way devalued and not in a resellable condition we cannot accept them back.

Please note: If you are returning items that are registered you must email Jellybean firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number.
*Bespoke Furniture (Made to Order) will not be refunded as this is a one off prduct made to your specifications.
