Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pod Furniture!

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be an occasion where you feel its necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returns & Refunds:

In store:

If you have changed your mind or if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. The unwanted item must be returned as sold, in perfect condition, accompanied by the receipt, and within a 14 day period. We can then offer you a credit note, to the value of your returned purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the item is undamaged and unused Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

Some items are exempt from refunds or exchanges, such as mattresses, gift cards, custom orders, and clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.

Online & Over the Phone:

As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive, when you receive your online order, if you decide that you do not want the goods as they no longer suit you or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return the item and and receive a refund of the cost of the item. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods to our store. This 14 day period does not apply to bespoke products which have been personlised to your specifications.

While the item(s) are in your possession you must take appropriate care of them. They must be in “as new” condition, meaning without partial or full assembly, and returned in their original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
 Once we receive the item, we can then issue you a refund.

Please be aware that a restocking fee will apply to all furniture items. The restocking fee is calculated at 20% of the value of the item. 

As applied to in-store refunds, some items are exempt from refunds or exchanges, such as mattresses, gift cards, custom orders, and clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.

Faulty product:

It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any faults/damages with an item need to be reported to us within 48 hours of your delivery or collection date.

To report a problem please contact our team on who will guide you through our returns procedure. It is important to include images/videos and a description of the fault.

Custom orders:

If you are unhappy with your custom item(s), or if you change your mind after purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. As our custom products are made specifically for each customer, it is not possible to refund the item(s) once ordered.
