Returns Policy

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Should you return your purchase (non furniture) within 7 days of the date it was received, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that item (you will only need to pay for the postage). Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 14 days.

For furniture items that you wish to return within 14 days of receiving the item, in all cases the cost of returning the item will lay with you the customer.

If you have opened packaging and still have the original packaging, if the items are not assembled and are in a re-sellable condition we can accept a return but you will incur a 20% restocking fee. If returned items are in any way devalued and not in a re-sellable condition we cannot accept them back.  

Items that have been opened and assembled are not applicable for any refund/return.

*NOTE: Unfortunately for hygiene reasons mattresses, pillows and mattresses toppers cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns.

Please note: If you are returning items that are registered you must email Jellybean with the tracking number.


*Bespoke Furniture (Made to Order) will not be refunded as this is a one off prduct made to your specifications.
