We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be an occasion where you feel its necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returns & Refunds:
If you have changed your mind or if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. The unwanted item must be returned as sold, in perfect condition, accompanied by the receipt, and within a 14 day period. We can then offer you a credit note, to the value of your returned purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the item is undamaged and unused. Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.
Some items are exempt from refunds or exchanges, such as mattresses, gift cards, custom orders, and clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.
Online & Over the Phone:
We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased online that are unsuitable once we are notified within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s). We must be informed of your decision to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day after delivery of the item(s). You have a further 14 days from the date you cancelled to return any item(s) to us.
While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in “as new” condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods to our store. Once we receive the item, we can then issue you a credit note to the value of your returned purchase.

Please be aware that a restocking fee will apply to all furniture items. The restocking fee is calculated at 20% of the value of the item.
As applied to in-store refunds, some items are exempt from refunds or exchanges, such as mattresses, gift cards, custom orders, and clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.
To report a problem with a product that you have purchased please contact our team on email@example.com who will guide you through our returns procedure. It is important to include images/videos and a description of the fault.
If you are unhappy with your custom item(s), or if you change your mind after purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. As our custom products are made specifically for each customer, it is not possible to refund the item(s) once ordered.
