We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be an occasion where you feel its necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
The Following Policies Will Apply:
Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days and you should return it to us, preferably to the original store of purchase.
If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you a gift card to the same value. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made.
Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.
If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy Exclusions
We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following items: gift cards, mattresses, pillows, custom made products.
We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 7 days of purchase date provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.
Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 7 days.
For furniture items in store that you wish to return within 7 days of receiving the item, in all cases the cost of returning the item will lay with you the customer.
Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a Credit Note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

*NOTE: Unfortunately for hygiene reasons mattresses, pillows and mattresses toppers cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns.

Please send your goods for return or exchange to the following address: Unit 107, St Patrick Mills, Douglas, Cork. Ireland All items are the customer’s responsibility until received by Pod Furniture.
Please note: If you are returning items that are registered you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number.
*Bespoke Furniture (Made to Order) will not be refunded as this is a one off product made to your specifications.
All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.
