3. Delivery Method
For smaller items and palettes, our partner JMC will deliver. For larger items and items that require assembly, we will use a white glove service.
All furniture deliveries are made to the ground floor of your property only. This includes items such as sofas, wardrobes, dining tables, and other large furniture pieces.
If your delivery involves steps, staircases, narrow entrances, or any other access challenges, you must notify us prior to the scheduled delivery date. In these cases, an additional delivery person may be required to complete the delivery safely. It is up to the customer to check measurements of corridors, stairs and other other potential obstacles.
If we are not informed of access restrictions in advance and delivery cannot be completed safely, your order may need to be rescheduled.
4. Delivery Inspection and Acceptance
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing the delivery note or accepting the goods. Please check that:
All items are correct and match your order;
The delivered item(s) is in good condition and free from visible defects or damage.
If there are any issues with the product (e.g., visible damage, defects, missing parts), please inform the delivery team immediately and note it on the delivery form. You should also contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue.
Claims of damage or low quality made after the date of delivery will not be accepted, except where a manufacturing fault becomes apparent later in line with your statutory consumer rights.
5. Missed Deliveries and Access Issues
If you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, or if delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access not previously disclosed, a redelivery charge may apply. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or unsafe access conditions.
6. Consumer Rights
This delivery policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. You are entitled to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If a fault arises after delivery that is covered by your consumer rights, please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
