We at POD furniture want to make life easier for our customers, so we are now taking 50% deposits online and instore. This allows the customer to pay 50% at checkout and the remaining 50% will then be invoiced to the customer before the furniture is delivered.
Particularly as some of our products have a long lead time, this deposit scheme allows you to secure your furniture without the upfront cost of the entire purchase. This option is available on a wide range of our online products, and is visible to you on all of our product pages.
For example, when you wish to add a product to your cart, you have two purchase options available to you; pay in full or pay a 50% deposit. If the product that you are ordering has an 8 week lead time, you can pay 50% at the time of ordering, and we will invoice you for the balance on the product arrives in to stock, and before we deliver.
We understand that furnishing your home can be a costly process, so we have this scheme available to our customers to try alleviate some of the pressure when dealing with such costs.
Please be aware that we can not hold items for an indefinite period of time, and wait times vary from product to product. If you wish to place a deposit on a product now that you do not require for a number of months, please contact us directly and we will always do our very best to accommodate your needs.
