The Samba is Furninova's high-back modular system — and it bends where most sofas stay square. Alongside standard modules it offers rounded corner and rounded chaise sections, so you can build a flowing, curved run rather than only straight lines and right angles. It's among the most configurable sofas we sell: five armrest styles, five comfort options from soft foam to feather and memory foam, and a choice of wood or metal legs across a range of shades. What comfort options are there?
Five: Foam soft, Foam firm, Foam, Feather soft, and Comfort Memory. They range from a firmer all-foam sit to a softer feather top, up to a memory-foam option. All are built on cold foam with different seat tops and back fills.
What armrest styles are available?
Five — Porto, Rio, Salvador, Amazon and Pedro — from a slim 4cm profile up to 23cm.
What fabric and leather options are available?
The Samba comes in fabric or leather, in Grade A, B or C. Please note the grade you choose and confirm the name with us at purchase. Samples are available — contact us or visit us in Douglas, Cork.
What legs does it come with?
A choice of wood or metal legs in a range of shades, in a 10cm or 13cm height. The sofa's stated heights are based on the 10cm leg.

As an Armchair, 2.5 Seater, 3 Seater, or Set 1, 2 or 3. Because it's modular — including rounded corner and chaise modules — far more layouts are possible than the standard sizes.
Is the Samba frame sustainably sourced?
Yes. Furninova builds the Samba on an FSC®-certified solid European wood frame in all bearing parts, with nosag-sprung seats. It's designed in Sweden and made in Europe.
Are footstools and a neckrest available?
Yes — two footstool styles (rectangular and round) and a choice of two adjustable neckrests, all to order. Contact us for options and pricing.
Are the measurements exact?
The Samba is handmade, so dimensions may vary depending on the upholstery and combination you choose. Stated heights are based on the 10cm leg. Allow for this when planning a tight space.
How long does the Samba take to arrive?
The Samba Custom Sofa carries a 8-week lead time. If you have any specific needs or requests about delivery, don't hesitate to call us or email us for more questions.
