1. The consultation

The Sofa Design Clinic is a free 30-minute design consultation at our Douglas showroom, running from August 2026 to September 2026. We might decide to extend the clinic under different terms and conditions. We'll update this current policy if that circumstance arises. 

• Consultations are free and there is no obligation to purchase.
• Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
• Please arrive on time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your appointment or rebook you, as slots run back to back.
• If you can't make your slot, let us know as early as you can — reply to your booking confirmation, or call 021 4898171 or email us at customercare@podfurniture.ie. We'll reschedule you if dates remain. Slots given up early can be released to someone else.
• We may need to reschedule an appointment at short notice. If that happens we'll contact you and offer the next available slot. 

2. The discount

Customers who book and attend a clinic consultation receive up to 20% off on selected sofas. Subject to availability, limited sofas. 

• The discount applies to orders placed within seven days of your appointment.
• It cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. 
• It applies to new orders only, selected pieces. Please feel free to ask our team for more details. 
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Slots already booked will be honoured.

3. The prize draw

Every customer who books and attends a Sofa Design Clinic consultation during the clinic period is entered into a draw to win a Harmony 3-seater sofa.

Entry. Free. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Entries are recorded at the time of your appointment.

Entry period. August 2026 to September 2026. Draw will be on September 18th. 

Eligibility. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over given they attend their free consultation. 

The prize. One Harmony 3-seater sofa. Delivery to a ground-floor address in the Republic of Ireland is included, in line with our standard delivery policy. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.

The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on September the 18th. Last day to book, attend your free consultation, and entry for the draw is September 17th.

Notification. The winner will be contacted within 5 working days using the details given at booking. If we can't reach the winner within 14 days of our first attempt, we reserve the right to redraw.

Publicity. The winner's first name and county may be published on our website and social media. Let us know when we contact you if you'd prefer not.

Data. Entry details are processed in line with our privacy policy and used only to administer this draw.

4. General

By booking a consultation you accept these terms. We may amend or withdraw the clinic or the draw if circumstances beyond our control require it. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and do not affect your statutory rights.
