The Sally is the contemporary three-seater with a taller back than most — proper support behind your shoulders when you want to sit up — and a deep seat to sink into when you'd rather stretch out. It's fully modular and made to order, in a choice of removable covers, your fabric and your legs. Support where you need it, depth where you want it.

What makes the SITS Sally different?

It's built for comfort two ways: a taller back that supports your shoulders and head, and a deep seat you can sink back into. Most sofas give you one or the other — the Sally does both. Add the modular design and it's a supportive, flexible, contemporary sofa.

Is it a good sofa for back support?

Yes — the Sally has a taller back (94cm) than most sofas, which gives more support behind your shoulders and head, and you can add lumbar cushions or a headrest for even more. It suits anyone who finds low-backed sofas unsupportive.

How deep is the seat?

The seat is deep — 64cm — so there's plenty of room to sink back and stretch out. That depth suits relaxing into rather than perching, and it pairs with the taller back for a supportive but relaxed sit.

What are the two cover options?

Both are removable. A loose cover gives a softer, more relaxed appearance; a Velcro-fitted cover gives a neater, tailored one (with French stitching on the armrest). Either way, the covers come off for cleaning.

What filling does it come in?

The Sally comes in a Standard filling — a firmer, supportive feel that holds its shape well.

What legs does it come with?

A choice of wood (no.153 oiled oak, no.141A) or metal (no.195, in chrome or painted black). Prices are based on the no.153 oiled oak legs; If you'd like to opt for a different eg option, please contact us for more details.

What fabric options are available?

Grade 1 contains the highest proportion of synthetic fibres; Grade 5 the least, with the most natural fibres including linen. Confirm your chosen fabric name with us at purchase. Samples are available in our Cork showroom. See SITS Fabrics or Shop a Sample 

How long does the Sally take to arrive?

The Sally sofa is a made to order piece, created exaclty in your specifications. This means it can take between 8 and 12 weeks from the day you order to delivery. We recommend planning in advance and considering this if you're renovating or moving in your new home. 

How does payment work?

Two ways: pay in full at checkout, or start with a 50% deposit. With the deposit, half is taken today and the balance is invoiced only once your Sally is ready to deliver — nothing more comes off in between.

Can I see the fabrics before I order?

Yes. Fabric samples are available. Visit us in Douglas, Cork so you can see and feels the fabric and experience the comfort of your favorite sofa.
