What makes the SITS Stella different?

Stella is a roomy, family-friendly Scandinavian sofa with a slim frame, and it offers something most sofas don't — a distinctive curved-back option, for a softer, more sculptural shape. Add the modular configurations and it's a flexible sofa that fits both your room and your taste.

What's the curved-back option?

The curved back is unusual and gives a softer, more sculptural look. It's a distinctive option not many sofas offer — ask us about it if you'd like a more shapely silhouette.

What are the two cover options?

Both are removable. A loose cover gives a softer, more relaxed appearance; a Velcro-fitted cover gives a neater, more tailored one. Either way, the covers come off for cleaning — the difference is the look you prefer.

What's the difference between Standard and Lux filling?

Standard is the firmer, more supportive, lower-maintenance option; Lux is softer and plumper, with a feather-filled feel that benefits from regular plumping. Prices are based on Standard; Lux is an upgrade — feel free to ask our team. 

What legs does it come with?

A wide choice — wood (no.153 oiled oak, no.141A, no.141B) or metal (no.145A, in chrome, painted black or brass gold). Prices are based on the no.153 oiled oak legs; specify a different leg or colour with us at order.

What sizes does it come in?

This page is the three-seater (227cm). The Stella is modular, so it builds from an armchair up to a large L-shape, with chaise, divan and corner configurations — contact us or use the custom sofa form for a different build.

What fabric options are?

The Stella comes in fabric grades 1 to 4, plus a Linen option. The higher the grade, the more natural the fibre content, with Linen being the most natural. Confirm your chosen fabric name with us at purchase. Samples are available in our Cork showroom.

How long does the Stella take to arrive?

From the day of your order to delivery, it can take approximately 12 weeks.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay in two ways: in full at checkout, or start with a 50% deposit. With the deposit, half is taken today and the balance is invoiced only once your Stella is ready to deliver — nothing more comes off in between.

Can I see the fabrics before I order?

Yes. Fabric samples are available. Visit us in Douglas, Cork, or book a video consultation.
