What does "fixed cushions" mean?

The seat and back cushions are fixed to the frame rather than loose, which gives the Alpine its crisp, tailored look and means the cushions keep their shape without regular plumping. It's a cleaner line than a loose-cushion sofa, if that's the look you're after.

Can I have it in leather?

Yes. The Alpine comes in fabric or leather, and unusually, the stitch count is the same on both. Questions on the leather or fabric grades? Feel free to contact us. 

Are the covers removable?

No, the Alpine includes fixed cushions only. 

What leg options are there?

A choice of legs in metal or wood. They change the look of the sofa, so specify your choice with us at order.

What fabric options are available?

We have several fabric grades available from 1 to 5. These are exclusively for Villa Collection. You can review the fabrics here. Please, include your chosen fabric or leather option in your order details. Samples are available in our Cork showroom. 

Is the Villa Alpine certified?

Yes. The Villa collection carries FSC certification — the wood is sourced from responsibly managed forests and traceable through production. Upholstery fabrics are Oeko-Tex® certified, containing no allergy-promoting or harmful chemicals.

How soon can I have it?

The Alpine is made to order — built for you rather than taken from stock — which takes around 8 weeks from production to delivery.

How does payment work?

Two ways: pay in full at checkout, or choose the 50% deposit. With the deposit, half is taken today and the balance is invoiced only when your Alpine is ready to deliver — nothing more is charged until it's on its way.

Can I see the fabrics before I order?

Yes. Fabric and leather samples are available. Visit us in Douglas, Cork, or book a video consultation.
