What is the Lux Comfort filling on the Sara sofa?

The Lux Comfort filling combines feather and silicone balls in the back cushions for a soft, relaxed feel that holds its shape. Seat cushions use a polyurethane foam base padded with a mix of feather and silicone balls for a more supportive seated position. This is one of the more considered filling systems available on a made-to-order sofa at this price point.

What fabric grades are available on the Sara sofa?

Five fabric grades are available — Grade 1 through Grade 5. Grade 1 contains the highest proportion of synthetic fibres. Grade 5 contains the least synthetics and the most natural fibres including linen. Please specify your chosen fabric name when ordering. Fabric samples are available in our Cork showroom so you can see and feel every grade before committing.

Are the covers on the Sara sofa removable and washable?

Yes. The Sara comes with a loose cover with skirt — the sofa and cushion covers are fully removable and washable. Feel free to call us if you have any specific questions on washable fabrics before ordering.

What is the wooden button detail on the Sara sofa?

The wooden buttons on the back of the Sara are a signature design feature — a precious detail that signals the craftsmanship of the piece. They are standard across all Sara configurations.

Is a footstool available with the Sara sofa?

Yes. Fabric samples for all five grades are available in our Cork showroom. We currently have the Sara sofa on display. We also offer free video consultations if you are based outside Cork.
